AMC sought to elevate its digital customer experience, making every trip to the movies feel seamless and special. The challenge was to streamline & enhance ticketing, loyalty rewards, and concessions while immersing movie-lovers in the world of cinema across the company’s new & intuitive responsive web, iOS & ANDROID experiences.

Strategic Breakthroughs
• AMC partnered with Huge to redefine the digital moviegoing experience, ensuring that users could effortlessly navigate every step of their journey, from discovering new titles, to ticket selection to in-theater perks, mobile conveniences & more.
• A sophisticated digital concierge was introduced, simplifying the booking & concessions-ordering experience while enhancing engagement with AMC’s loyalty program and exclusive offerings.

The Big Idea
The new digital ecosystem was built with an elegant, intuitive interface that caters to both casual moviegoers and loyal AMC Stubbs members. Designed for Android, iOS, and responsive web, the platform delivers a seamless, premium experience across all devices - all tailored to each fan’s preferences & purchases.

• Comprehensive redesign of AMC’s digital products, including AMC Stubbs loyalty program.
• Premium seat reservation engine - rebuilding AMC’s entire inventory of nearly 10,000 theatre configurations
• Delivery-to-seat concessions, allowing guests to order snacks and drinks without leaving their seats.
